Junip is an up and coming reviews platform, but we think it still trails our recommended tool. Junip was founded in 2020 by a team from Smile.io (loyalty tool). They have fewer out-of-the-box integrations than our recommended tool but have a good looking widget and great survey flow. They have landed well known brands including Jones Road, Hexclad, and Olipop. We’re continuing to monitor this company as they may one day reach feature parity with our recommended tool.
